A bright line is a rule nobody can argue about

Creators, finance staff and teachers are absorbing the cost of AI while the rules get written somewhere else. Each group can describe what is going wrong in detail. Turning that description into a document a ministry will act on takes a different skill, and that is the one these fellowships teach.
